General terms for staying at Villa Viridi

Reservation and payment: Villa Viridi accepts guests only with advance reservation by phone, e‑mail or via booking.com. It is possible to specify the number of the bungalow you want. The reservation is valid after confirmation by phone or e-mail! Reservations are paid in advance and in full by bank transfer! If you are unable to visit us at the reserved time, please cancel the reservation as early as possible by phone +359 88 8769039. The amount for a prepaid and canceled reservation is refunded only if the cancellation is made no later than 20 days before the reserved time for visiting!

Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out: From 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Please inform the hosts in advance of your expected arrival and departure time.

Languages ​​for communication with the hosts: Bulgarian, English, Russian.

Age restrictions: Children and adolescents under 18 years of age are allowed only when accompanied by an adult.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the bungalows.
Parties: Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Lost or stolen items: Villa Viridi is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Accidents and injuries: Villa Viridi is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from the negligence or unacceptable behavior of guests.
Etiquette: It is desirable that our guests refrain from excessive use of alcohol or narcotic substances.
Hygiene: Villa Viridi complies with all hygiene requirements to keep the place clean and in good condition. For your comfort, as well as that of other visitors, it is desirable that you comply with generally accepted standards of hygiene and order.
